At Lola Crow Cross Stitch, we want you to be delighted with your stitching journey; if you are not satisfied with your physical order, we offer returns on unopened kits and supplies within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that due to the nature of digital intellectual property, downloadable PDF patterns are non-refundable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable mailing service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
